COBCA is an 18 years old community organization that has produced and hosted several large cultural and community events. COBCA would like to draw upon the collective experience of all its members to organise events. The structure of the committee has already been established in the constitution of the organisation.
The office bearers of COBCA are elected every year by the general body of the association. Following is the list of some key personnel who will serve the 2010 executive committee under different capacities.
