COBCA is an 18 years old community organization that has produced and hosted several large cultural and community events. COBCA would like to draw upon the collective experience of all its members to organise events. The structure of the committee has already been established in the constitution of the organisation. There is an advisory board comprising of Mr. Tuhin Sen, Mr. Pranab Bhattacharya, and Dr. Lakhan Kumar Saha who have been elected president for the last 3 years.
